ICS was established in 1999 and is an ASX listed technology Investment Company that operates in Australia.

ICS sold its primary operating business is in the UK., Medical Billingand Collections in February 2021 for GBP 12 million pounds. In July 2021  shareholders were paid a capital return and dividend totaling $ 1.79 per share.

ICS has been suspended from trading on the ASX since July 2021. The Board is actively looking at new opportunities for ICS to invest in.  Once a suitable business is approved ICS shareholders, ICS will have to go through the re-listing process with the ASX.
