Voting by proxy on resolutions

The Company encourages all shareholders to lodge a directed proxy vote prior to the meeting.

To vote online, visit votingonline.com.au/icsagm2023, and enter your Postcode OR Country of Residence (if outside Australia), and enter your Voting Access Code (VAC)

Shareholders unique Voter Access Code (VAC) has been emailed directly to those shareholders with email address registered for communication. Alternatively Shareholders can log into Boardroom’s online investor information site investorserve.com.au Under the tab “Statements & Advices” is a copy of the meeting documents including the Shareholder’s unique VAC.
